If a leader has completed a Work Effects Revolution 360TM assessment and has put together an ACTIONTM plan to leverage his/her strengths and mitigate weaknesses, oftentimes management will invest in a professional trainer or facilitator to aid the leader in taking the optimal steps toward successful leadership development. By working closer with a trainer in one-to-one or small group sessions, the leadership growth process is accelerated and gets participants started on the right path to positive change. Work Effects’ ACESTM Training sessions that follow an ACTION plan are a customized and modular system of coaching that applies the latest adult learning and experiential methodologies to real-world situations. They are designed to engage participants, develop leadership skills and help them to achieve business objectives. The ACES Training program is implemented in four parts: assess, challenge, engage, support. Part 1 - Assess Part 2 – Challenge Part 3 – Engage Part 4 – Support
Teaching ProsTM Training One way to be able to bring coaching expertise in-house is through the Work Effects TeachingPros Training program. Facilitated by internal staff that has already completed the ACES Coaching program, these internal coaches can pass on what they’ve learned to others. Work Effects offers these train-the-trainer sessions to provide internal staff with the skills, knowledge, and techniques to teach managers how to strengthen their facilitation skills and develop the capacity to lead effective feedback sessions with their employees. Typically Work Effects utilizes a hands-on experiential learning approach and adheres to no more than a 1:20 ratio between trainers and participants. The internal trainers taught in these sessons are most often HR professionals or select managers. However, organizations have also successfully trained administrative and even non-exempt personnel in this role. Selection should be based primarily on the individual’s credibility and trust level of the managers whom they, in turn, will be training.
